Why we built Hader

A café needs a waiter tomorrow and posts in a WhatsApp group, not sure anyone will come. The worker who replies isn’t sure they’ll be paid at the end of the night. Both need the same thing: a deal that holds.

03What we built

On Hader, the business pays before the shift goes up, and the worker sees the pay before taking it. We hold the money until the work is done. If nobody shows, the business gets it back.

04What we promise, and what we don’t

What we promise, and what we don’t

We promise

We promise

  • The pay on a shift is what the worker gets.
  • The business sees the price before paying.
  • Every rule is in the terms before anyone signs up.

We don’t promise

  • Shifts every day in every area from day one.
  • That every shift finds someone.
  • We’re starting small so that happens more often.
