Not showing up without telling us adds a strike, and the account is suspended at 3 strikes.
Work outside Hader has no guarantee: no secured pay, no rating.
Arranging work outside the app: a warning the first time, the account is suspended the second.

Cancel 24 hours or more before the start, or before anyone takes it: full refund. Later, the worker gets 25% of their pay and the rest is refunded. In the last 2 hours, cancel through us; the worker gets 50%.
